About Bryn Henllan

This spectacular three-storey property is centrally located in the lovely seaside town of Criccieth, Gwynedd, and is ideal for a large family or group, sleeping up to 12 guests. It has its own grounds with ample off-street parking, and enjoys stunning views of the seashore and castle.

This Victorian Grade II listed house has been in the owner's family for three generations and underwent a full renovation in 2022 to create a light-filled family home which blends original and contemporary features.

Its airy entrance hall with its Victorian tiled floor leads to the well-equipped open-plan kitchen/diner, featuring a granite-topped breakfast bar and large rustic wooden dining table. Adjoining the kitchen is a spacious utility area which has a second dishwasher, a tumble dryer and two washing machines. There is also direct access from the kitchen to the front and side terraces for al fresco dining or a BBQ.

Three comfortable reception rooms provide ample space for relaxing: the sitting room adjoining the dining area and the snug just off the entrance hall both have wood-burning stoves and an assortment of books and games to enjoy as a family. The first-floor sitting room has far-reaching sea views and a large wall-mounted Smart TV.

The six bedrooms are spread over two floors.
1/F: four spacious en-suite double rooms, two of which can be arranged flexibly as either twin or super-king beds.
2/F: two bedrooms, a king and a twin, a study with stunning views, and two contemporary bathrooms with underfloor heating.
